Our cutting boards are crafted from durable, tempered glass designed for strength and safety in the kitchen.
Are the designs printed on top or underneath the glass?
The designs are applied to the underside of the glass, ensuring the vibrant artwork is protected from knife blades and direct contact with food. This keeps the design pristine and the top surface smooth and hygienic.
Are the glass cutting boards durable? Will they break easily?
They are made from tempered glass, which is significantly stronger than regular glass and designed to withstand normal kitchen use, including chopping and dicing. However, like any glass product, they can break or chip if dropped onto a hard surface or struck with excessive force
Will cutting on the glass dull my knives?
Glass is a harder surface than wood or plastic, so it can dull knives faster over time. Many chefs prefer to use glass boards for specific tasks (like handling raw meat due to hygiene) or use them primarily as serving platters or prep surfaces alongside other board types.
