Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully:

1-Day Return Window: We accept returns only within 1 day of delivery. After this 1-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Proof of Damage Required for Returns: Due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns if the glass cutting board arrives damaged. To initiate a return, you must provide clear photographic proof of the damage to the item as soon as possible within the 1-day return window.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us within 1 day of receiving your order by replying to your order confirmation email or using the contact form on our website.
2. In your message, please include your order number and attach clear photos showing the damage to the glass cutting board.
3. We will review your request and the provided proof of damage.
4. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, and the damage is verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to damage, please follow the return process outlined above.  

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
